Gimme! Coffee has been on the scene since 2000, taking a pioneering approach by sourcing coffee directly as a way to support coffee producers at origin. They earned Roast Magazine's prestigious 'Roaster of the Year' award in 2013, and are home to the first barista union in the USA—and are currently transitioning to a worker-owned company. Gimme! Coffee roasts all their coffee on two Probat drum-style roasters at their facility in Ithaca, NY.
